Day 1 par interface aur navigation seekhne ke baad, Day 2 par aap asal me data ke saath khelna aur Excel ki asli taqat ko samajhna shuru karte hain.

Day 2 ka main focus hota hai data ko sundar banana aur basic calculations karna:

Day 2: Data Formatting aur Basic Math Formulas

      1. Basic Math Formulas (Aghaz-e-Formula)

Excel me koi bhi formula hamesha = (Equal to) ke sign se shuru hota hai. Agar aap = nahi lagayenge, toh Excel use normal text samjhega.

      • Addition (Jodna): =A1+B1 ya poori range ke liye =SUM(A1:A10)
      • Subtraction (Ghatana): =A1-B1
      • Multiplication (Guna): =A1*B1
      • Division (Bhag): =A1/B1

      2. Formatting Toolbar (Data ko Sunder Banana)

Home Tab ke andar aapko ye tools milenge jo aapke boring data ko professional look denge:

      • Font Styles: Text ko Bold (Ctrl + B), Italic (Ctrl + I), ya Underline karna.
      • Fill Color & Font Color: Cells me background color bharna (jaise headings ke liye) aur text ka color badalna.
      • Borders: Excel ki apni lines print me nahi aati, isliye data ke aas-paas proper borders lagana seekhein (All Borders option ka use karke).

      3. Alignment aur Merge & Center

      • Alignment: Data ko cell ke left, right, ya center me set karna (Numbers hamesha right-align hote hain aur text left-align).
      • Merge & Center: Ek se zyada cells ko milakar ek bada cell banana, jo aksar table ki main heading likhne ke kaam aata hai.

💡 Day 2 Pro-Tip: Jab bhi aap koi formula lagayein, toh numbers type karne ki jagah cell par click karein (ise Cell Referencing kehte hain). Iska fayda ye hota hai ki agar aap baad me number badlenge, toh aapka answer apne aap update ho jayega!

Topic / Action Formula / Shortcut / Feature Description (Hinglish)
      1. Basic Math Formulas (Formula shuru karne ke liye “=” lagana zaroori hai)
Addition (Jodna) =A1+B1 ya =SUM(A1:A10) Do cells ko jodne ke liye ya poori range ka total karne ke liye.
Subtraction (Ghatana) =A1-B1 Ek cell se dusre cell ki value ko minus karne ke liye.
Multiplication (Guna) =A1*B1 Cells ko aapas me multiply (guna) karne ke liye.
Division (Bhag) =A1/B1 Ek number ko dusre number se bhag (divide) karne ke liye.
      2. Formatting Toolbar (Home Tab)

      3. Alignment aur Merge & Center
Alignment Left, Center, Right Data ki position set karna (Text left aur Numbers right-align hote hain).
Merge & Center Merge & Center Tool Ek se zyada cells ko jodkar ek bada cell banana (Headings ke liye).
